Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn shapewear in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
